01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wenph website at wenph.net, creating a wenph account, or using any service offered by wenph — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, snooker betting, sports betting, and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions on the wenph platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the wenph platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing wenph services from within the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where access is permitted. 02 Eligibility

wenph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings or bonuses accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of wenph services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID.

wenph reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified account balance.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wenph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

wenph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your wenph account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you have notified wenph of a security breach and wenph has taken action to secure the account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

wenph supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) through a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the wenph platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the wenph cashier. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Verification Requirement: wenph may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that have not been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

wenph reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, wenph may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

wenph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

By participating in any game on the wenph platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

wenph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following principles apply to all games on the platform:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wenph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wenph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your wenph account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

wenph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wenph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wenph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wenph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection
